Summary
Treasure Trove Cove is the second world in Banjo-Kazooie. Treasure Trove Cove is a large sandy beach with dangerous seas, stone pathways, and interesting artifacts (old boat, sand castle).
To get to Treasure Trove Cove, exit Mumbo's Mountain. (If you want an extra Jiggie, exit the Mountain as an ant/termite still, and climb up the mountain in the corner. A Jiggie will be awaiting for you there. You will not be able to get up the mountain if you are just Banjo and Kazooie). Go back down the hallway. Since you now know the move, Talon Trot, you will be able to go up the steep slope. One you are at the top, you will encounter your first Note Locked Doors.
You will need to have collected at least 50 notes to open the door. If you still need notes, you can find the locations under the Note Location section back in the Mumbo's Mountain page. Once you pass the locked Note Door, you will enter the main part of Grunty's Lair. The second puzzle can be found to the east side once you enter. It will be surrounded in sand. Run to the puzzle and step on the Jiggie shaped platform. You will need to insert the amount of Jiggies missing in the puzzle. Once you add your Jiggies, the location will be unlocked. Run up the long ramp and open the door. You will not be in the main sewage room. By navigating through, you will eventually end up in another sandy area. The entrance to Treasure Trove Cove is in the treasure chest.

Treasure Trove cove is a very important level to learn a special move. That move is being able to fly. To learn this move, collect some of the red feathers you find around the island. (These can be found on the abandoned ship.) Then go to the abandoned ship, and at the top of the pole, you will have Bottles teach you how to fly using the Flight Pads.
